If you are interested in learning how to safely execute different asanas at home, but don’t have the time to make it to multiple classes or feel that you need more individualized attention I’d love to invite you to work with me via Virtual Private Yoga Sessions.
The purpose of these sessions…
- Learn proper alignment for safety, especially in the joints
- Answer questions regarding the benefits and risks of certain asanas
- Delve deeper into your practice to include pranayama (breath control), chakra work, or meditation
I’m offering 3 different packages that will all be tailored to your specific needs. We will discuss your injuries/limitations, and goals for the sessions before moving forward. No payment is necessary until we discuss your goals and injuries/limitations via email.
Why work with me?
I’ve been practicing yoga at home and in studios for over 6 years and I have over 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training. I’ve trained with Eoin Finn (founder of Blissology), Lisa Black (founder of Shakti Vinyasa studios in WA State), and Michelle Thielen (founder of YogaFaith).
I began teaching in September of 2013 and have taught many different types of classes including Yin, Gentle Yoga, Fusion (Vinyasa-Hatha), Power Vinyasa Flow, and Beginner Yoga.

Package 1 – $50
- unlimited emails for 3 weeks*
- 2 – 30 minute Skype/FaceTime Sessions OR 1 – 1 hour Skype/FaceTime Session
- 1 full asana practice typed up and emailed tailored to your needs**
Please note: All skype sessions must be completed within 2 weeks of start date.
Package 2 – $75
- unlimited emails for 4 weeks*
- 3 – 30 minute Skype/FaceTime Sessions OR 2 – 45 minute Skype/FaceTime Sessions
- 2 full asana practices typed up and emailed, tailored to your needs**
Please note: All skype sessions must be completed within 3 weeks of start date.
Package 3 – $100
- unlimited emails for 5 weeks*
- 4 – 30 minute Skype/FaceTime Sessions OR 2 – 1 hour Skype/FaceTime Sessions
- 3 full asana practices typed up and emailed, tailored to your needs**
Please note: All skype sessions must be completed within 4 weeks of start date.

*”unlimited emails” means that I will make your emails a priority and always get back to you in no more than 24 hours after receipt of your message. Once your package weeks have expired, you are still welcome to contact me and I will do my best to get back to you in a timely fashion, but I cannot guarantee a response within 24 hours.
** 1 full asana practice is defined as 45 minutes to 1 hour. Since everyone moves at different speeds and some will spend longer than suggested in some of the asanas the time given is used more as a rough estimate than a hard and fixed time.
I’m flexible and I don’t just mean physically! If you are interested only in meditation, chakra work, or pranayama – that’s ok! Let me know and I can work out a package just for you.
If you don’t ask, the answer is always “no”.
Other things to note
- Each package must be paid for in full before any work together starts – sorry, no refunds. Payments are to be made through PayPal and our work together will begin once the payment clears.
- ANY inappropriate emails, comments, or behavior sexual or discriminatory in nature will NOT be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of current and future packages and there will be absolutely no refunds.
- Each student must sign a waiver before starting the practice.
