This book has been a labor of love for me. I started writing it when I was still struggling daily with exhaustion, caffeine & sugar cravings, and still attending school for massage therapy.

Embracing that, I offer multiple suggestions for getting to know yourself better via your journal. I encourage you throughout the book to trust your gut, listen to your intuition, and stick to your guns even if society or your doctor is brushing off your symptoms and concerns.
YOU are your own best doctor. YOU know your body better than anyone else on this earth. YOU are fully capable of taking charge of your healing and becoming your own best advocate.
