If so, I invite you to join me on a two week journey of self study and self discovery.
I have crafted 2 full weeks’ worth of journal prompts for you all. Each week, Monday through Friday, you will be given 1 new journal prompt for each day. The week ends with 2 days to rest and reflect on all that has come up for you during the week.
I also have guided meditations that will be accessible only to those that sign up for this journey. These exclusive guided meditations will be sent out on the Saturday following your weeks worth of journaling. These meditations will be gentle reminders that no matter where you are on your journey, you are exactly where you need to be. They will also assist you in cultivating compassion for yourself during this deep practice.
