Self-Massage for the Upper Back

Posted on Posted in Pain Management, Self-Care, Self-Study

Hi guys! If you follow me on Instagram (@enthusiastic_joyful_life) you’ll know I’ve been talking about self-massage lately. I posted a quick video on how to use a foam roller to massage your SI joints and today I uploaded a video on self-massage using racquet balls.

I encourage you to take less than 10 minutes out of your day to learn a brief introduction into how to massage the tight muscles in between the shoulder blades. Tight trapezius muscles can refer pain into the neck, temples, top of the head, and even your jaw. There are many, many other muscles of the upper back and neck that are also getting attention when you use the racquet ball.

Watch the video to find out more! As always, feel free to ask questions!
