I just added a short Guided Meditation to my YouTube channel and wanted to share it with you.
I designed it to be done laying down, but you can also do it sitting up if you prefer. I move you incrementally through the body relaxing the body as we go. I use a technique of moving across to various body parts to help keep you awake while you deeply relax.
This is a great addition to an evening asana practice or just before bed if you want or need to relax. Let me know what you think! If you’d like more leave a comment below 🙂
